Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews for weekend-available technical candidates.
- Manage and update candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers for the upcoming week.
- Coordinate with HR to ensure all weekend compliance paperwork is completed.
- Assist in sourcing passive candidates through various channels.
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring partners.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- A valid US work authorization.
