Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via email and chat during weekend peak hours.

- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all assignments to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Document all interactions and solutions thoroughly.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Internet: High-speed, stable internet connection required.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
