In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for technical positions, sourcing top-tier talent, and managing the end-to-end interview process.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for software engineering, data science, and IT roles.
- Sourcing candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media platforms.
- Screen and interview applicants to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage offer negotiations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Strong knowledge of the US tech job market and technical skill sets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
