Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean search) to identify passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future open roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Manage the candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and quality of hire.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and technical roles.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
