Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Sourcing: Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and professional networking (LinkedIn, industry events) to identify top-tier technical talent.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and extending offers.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pool to ensure rapid response to incoming requisitions.
- Candidate Relations: Conduct effective phone screens and in-person interviews to assess cultural fit, soft skills, and technical proficiency.
- Client Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Market Analysis: Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to ensure we attract the best candidates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical Recruitment or Staffing, preferably within the IT or Engineering sectors.
- Track Record: Proven history of meeting or exceeding placement metrics and revenue targets.
- ATS Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate offers and build relationships.
