Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) efficiently, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Conduct thorough technical screenings and behavioral interviews to assess cultural fit and technical skills.
- Provide feedback and updates to candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles within a set timeframe.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and technical job roles.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
