Responsibilities
- Coordinate comprehensive relocation packages including housing searches, school enrollment, and community integration
- Manage visa and immigration documentation for international transferees
- Develop customized relocation timelines and budgets aligned with client needs
- Build strong partnerships with local Phoenix service providers (real estate, movers, schools)
- Provide 24/7 support during critical relocation milestones
- Track and optimize relocation program KPIs for continuous improvement
- Train new hires on relocation best practices and Phoenix-specific resources
Qualifications
- 3+ years in corporate relocation or HR coordination with relocation focus
- Proven expertise in visa processing and immigration compliance
- Exceptional communication skills with multicultural sensitivity

- Deep knowledge of Phoenix metro area housing markets and communities
