Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end relocation processes for incoming employees, including home sale assistance, school searches, and community integration
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to deliver seamless moving services, temporary housing, and destination tours
- Develop personalized relocation plans addressing financial, logistical, and cultural adaptation needs
- Monitor relocation budgets and expense reports ensuring cost-effective solutions
- Act as primary point of contact for relocating employees throughout the transition period
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline onboarding processes for new hires
- Track relocation program metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate relocation or HR coordination
- Proven expertise in managing relocation budgets and vendor relationships
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to empathize with relocating employees
- Certification in Global Mobility or Relocation (GMS, CRP) preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
