Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end relocation packages for corporate transferees
- Coordinate logistics including moving services, housing searches, and school transfers
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reimbursements with precision
- Build strong relationships with third-party vendors and service providers
- Provide cultural integration support for international assignees
- Maintain compliance with relocation policies and tax regulations
- Analyze relocation program effectiveness and recommend improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of corporate relocation or mobility experience
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation required
- Expert knowledge of IRS relocation tax regulations
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloWizard, TRC)
- Experience managing budgets over $500K annually
- Ability to travel up to 20% for site visits and client meetings
