Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end relocation processes for incoming/outgoing employees
- Coordinate housing searches, school transitions, and community integration
- Develop customized relocation plans based on employee/family needs
- Act as primary liaison between employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Track relocation budgets and ensure cost-effective service delivery
- Provide cultural orientation and local resource guidance
- Maintain compliance with relocation policies and tax regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in corporate relocation or HR coordination
- Proven experience with relocation software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC)
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication across diverse populations
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools
