- Manage housing searches, school transfers, and community integration
- Negotiate with vendors (movers, real estate agencies) for optimal rates
- Provide cultural orientation and local resource guidance
- Maintain compliance with relocation policies and budget constraints
- Track relocation metrics and prepare monthly reports
- Act as primary point of contact for relocating employees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3+ years of corporate relocation experience
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest)
- Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Spanish bilingual preferred
