Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for incoming professionals and families
- Provide personalized housing search assistance and neighborhood orientation
- Facilitate school enrollment and community resource connections
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reimbursement processes
- Collaborate with HR partners to align relocation policies with business needs
- Develop customized relocation plans addressing unique client requirements
- Track relocation KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years in relocation coordination or customer service leadership
- Deep knowledge of Seattle neighborhoods, schools, and amenities
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC)
- Experience managing relocation budgets exceeding $100K annually
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Valid Washington State driver's license with clean record
