Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on medical needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and following strict safety protocols.
- Monitor patient health, vital signs, and response to treatments, reporting any changes immediately.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other members of the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care, disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and sanitized environment for patient care.
Qualifications
- Active RN License in the United States or eligibility to obtain licensure (CGFNS/NCLEX).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in high-pressure, fast-paced settings.
- Proven experience in patient care and clinical decision-making.
- Eligible for Visa Sponsorship (Green Card holder or eligible for H1B/EB3 sponsorship).
- Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to patient safety and quality of care.
