Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced medical-surgical setting
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Document electronic health records accurately and timely
- Mentor new nurses and support clinical excellence initiatives
- Participate in quality improvement programs and patient safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid RN license (or eligible for Ohio licensure)
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience required
- Eligible for US visa sponsorship (TN, H1B, J1, etc.)
- BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Strong communication skills and cultural competence
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
