Responsibilities
- Del compassionate patient care under RN supervision
- Assess patient needs and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as directed
- Document patient information accurately in EHR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Participate in clinical rotations across departments
- Complete mandatory training and competency evaluations
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Eligibility for NC RN licensure
- English proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL required if applicable)
- Valid passport and visa eligibility
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Commitment to 2-year employment post-training
