Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate and patient-centered care in accordance with hospital protocols and nursing standards.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, monitoring vital signs, and documenting medical history accurately.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by licensed physicians and advanced practice providers.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Respond swiftly to medical emergencies and critical situations to ensure patient safety.
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and infection control standards.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States (or equivalent foreign credential with passing ELPT/CNOR exams).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience (New graduates with strong academic records are considered).
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) to meet visa requirements.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
