Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational workflows across warehouse, distribution, and fulfillment departments
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals through performance management and training
- Monitor KPIs including inventory accuracy, delivery times, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with finance to manage budgets and operational expenditures
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and industry-specific regulations
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to maintain seamless supply chain operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Logistics, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations leadership within logistics/supply chain
- Proven track record of optimizing processes and reducing operational costs
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- OSHA 30 and DOT Hazmat certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership
