Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across production, logistics, and supply chain functions
- Develop/implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Lead cross-functional teams of 10+ professionals through performance coaching
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and drive data-driven decisions
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for key services
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
- Coordinate with executive leadership on strategic operational planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years in operations management with tech/manufacturing experience
- Proven track record of optimizing complex operational workflows
- Strong PMP/Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Exceptional leadership skills with team-building experience
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
