Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure seamless workflow and productivity
- Develop and implement strategic process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Analyze KPIs and financial metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Manage vendor relationships and supply chain logistics for critical business functions
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, ISO, and industry regulations
- Coordinate crisis management protocols and business continuity planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations leadership within manufacturing or logistics
- Proven expertise in process optimization and change management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- OSHA certification and Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
