Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across warehouse, logistics, and distribution channels
- Develop/implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals with accountability for KPIs
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with key partners
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and industry regulations
- Analyze operational data to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years experience in operations leadership within logistics/supply chain
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 15%+
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools
- OSHA 30 and Six Sigma certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience managing remote/distributed teams effectively
