Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, supply procurement, and vendor coordination
- Manage administrative staff and implement efficient workflow processes
- Coordinate executive calendar management and complex travel arrangements
- Lead budget administration and expense reporting for office operations
- Develop and maintain office policies ensuring compliance with company standards
- Organize company events, meetings, and professional development sessions
- Act as primary point of contact for building management and maintenance issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years progressive office management experience in corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Proven budget management and vendor negotiation capabilities
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing administrative teams
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations
