Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, and grains)
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Maintain crop health through pest control and fertilization
- Sort, pack, and prepare produce for distribution
- Adhere to strict safety and quality standards
- Assist with general farm maintenance and equipment repair
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Minimum 2 years prior farm/agriculture experience
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work 40+ hours per week, including weekends
- Willingness to relocate temporarily to Austin, TX
