The Role:
As a Technical Recruiter, you will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our client portfolio. You will identify, source, and secure top talent for hard-to-fill technical roles, ensuring we meet our aggressive hiring targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for direct hire roles.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking, job boards) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate technical skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and market trends.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire) and optimize strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruitment, staffing, or HR.
- Proven track record of successfully filling full-time roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
