Responsibilities
- Source & Engage: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and various job boards to identify, screen, and engage top-tier talent for our clients.
- Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Scheduling: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers seamlessly.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise candidates effectively.
- Onboarding Support: Guide candidates through the interview process and onboarding phase to ensure a smooth transition.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and refine search strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Drive: Self-motivated individual with a hunger for success, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating web-based tools, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours in our Miami, FL office.
