Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
- Develop and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and optimize interview processes
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate progress and ensure compliance with hiring workflows
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation strategies and talent attraction
- Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to build inclusive technical teams
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with proven success in hiring for engineering/IT roles
- Expert knowledge of sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow)
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Java, Python, cloud technologies, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment in high-volume environments
- Certified in HR or recruiting (e.g., CTS, CPHR) preferred
- Ability to thrive in urgent, deadline-driven situations with minimal supervision
