Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with software engineering roles
- Expertise in Boolean search and recruitment marketing
- Proven success with high-volume hiring cycles
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Strong technical acumen to evaluate candidates
