Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting from sourcing to offer negotiation for software engineering, data science, and IT roles.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strategies.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Conduct screen calls, technical interviews, and manage the entire interview process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Drive direct hire placements and meet monthly revenue and placement targets.
- Stay updated on market trends and salary benchmarks to provide accurate compensation guidance.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting (Direct Hire preferred).
- Proven track record of placing hard-to-fill technical roles (DevOps, Backend, Frontend, etc.).
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Strong understanding of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and technical stacks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
