Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions including Software Engineering, IT, and Data Science roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and in-depth technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from application to offer extension and onboarding.
- Track key recruitment metrics and continuously optimize sourcing channels to improve time-to-fill.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven history of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical positions within tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
