Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes for mobile and web applications
- Conduct user research and usability testing to drive data-driven decisions

Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement metrics
- Agile/Scrum experience preferred
