Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for new features, from concept and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and final handoff.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on product improvements.
- Create and maintain a consistent design system to ensure visual consistency across all products.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate designs into clean, maintainable code and resolve implementation issues.
- Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in product design or interaction design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects, including mobile and web applications.
- Experience with user research methodologies and data-driven design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
