Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design cycles from research to implementation using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered solutions for enterprise SaaS platforms
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across 15+ product lines
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building workshops
- Present design strategies to executive stakeholders and translate business goals into actionable designs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with enterprise software or SaaS products
- Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design, interaction design, and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in design tools: Figma (primary), Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Proficiency in prototyping tools like Principle or ProtoPie for high-fidelity mockups
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles
- Proven ability to work independently with flexible schedules and self-management
