Responsibilities
- Lead Design Strategy: Spearhead the end-to-end design process from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality visual standards.
- User-Centric Solutions: Conduct extensive user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and drive product improvements.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers and engineers to translate complex requirements into elegant design solutions.
- Design Systems: Contribute to and evolve our internal design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Mentorship: Guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional product design experience, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Tools: Mastery of Figma, with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex UI/UX projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate design rationale to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
