Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for high-visibility product features, from wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Conduct deep-dive user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and drive product iterations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists) to align on product vision and execution.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design department’s best practices and standards.
- Create and maintain a consistent, scalable design system that ensures brand integrity across all touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with confidence, advocating for the user voice.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design or UX Design, preferably within a tech-driven environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a history of shipped products and a mastery of visual design principles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with prototyping tools like Principle or Framer.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design decisions clearly.
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design methodologies.
