Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening high-quality candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting phone screens, and coordinating onsite meetings.
- Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for current and future open positions.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Providing exceptional candidate experiences and timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively to track applicant progress.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruitment or human resources.
- Demonstrated experience in remote work environments and virtual hiring practices.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and technical roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using recruiting software and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
