Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strategies to identify and engage passive candidates for technical roles.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Client Coordination: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build effective job descriptions.
- Candidate Experience: Provide a seamless, professional communication experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends and salary benchmarks to advise candidates effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or HR (entry-level candidates with strong sourcing skills considered).
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with technical stacks (e.g., JavaScript, Python, AWS) is a plus but not mandatory.
- ATS Knowledge: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Lever/Workable) is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Tools: Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, organized, and able to hit targets in a fast-paced environment.
