Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and logistics coordination
- Develop/implement process improvement initiatives reducing costs by 15%+
- Manage inventory control systems and compliance protocols
- Lead cross-functional teams in achieving KPIs
- Analyze operational data to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety standards
- Coordinate with vendors and transportation partners
- Prepare executive operational reports and forecasts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field
- 5+ years progressive operations management experience
- Strong expertise in WMS/TMS systems and lean methodologies
- Proven track record of optimizing supply chain processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- PMP or Six Sigma certification preferred
- Experience in maritime/transportation industry a plus
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
