Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift staff across production/customer service teams
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
- Manage inventory and operational workflow optimization
- Address escalated customer issues with real-time solutions
- Generate performance reports and process improvement plans
- Coordinate cross-departmental handovers during shift transitions
- Conduct daily team briefings and performance coaching
Qualifications
- 3+ years supervisory experience in night shift operations
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Advanced knowledge of inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
