Job Summary
As an Urgent Hiring Technical Recruiter, you will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for key technical positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to define requirements, source passive candidates, and ensure a seamless hiring experience. Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles for Engineering, IT, and Software Development roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and social networking, to find passive candidates.
- Conduct phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop compelling job descriptions and interview plans.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting methodologies, sourcing tools, and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
