Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics including housing, schools, and community integration
- Develop personalized relocation plans with budget management support
- Conduct virtual/in-person city tours and neighborhood consultations
- Partner with local employers to facilitate smooth onboarding processes
- Manage relocation expense reimbursements and vendor relationships
- Provide ongoing support during the 90-day transition period
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in relocation coordination or customer success role
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Deep knowledge of Lincoln, NE resources and amenities
- Proficiency in relocation software (e.g., ReloPro, MovePro)
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) preferred
- Valid Nebraska driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
