- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for technical positions.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success criteria.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews effectively.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (Part-time experience acceptable).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
