Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity roles.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end interview process, from scheduling to extending offers.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics.
- Build a robust talent pipeline and network within the Illinois tech community.
- Analyze recruiting metrics to optimize pipeline efficiency and time-to-fill.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Boolean search techniques.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
