Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to identify, source, and engage top technical talent across various disciplines.
- Manage the entire candidate pipeline, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all applicants.
- Conduct comprehensive screening interviews and technical assessments to ensure candidate quality.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and build robust talent pipelines.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and social media platforms to proactively find passive candidates.
- Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure high acceptance rates and successful onboarding.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in technical recruiting or talent acquisition within the UK market.
- Deep understanding of the tech stack, including software development, DevOps, and data science.
- Expert proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and close candidates.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-starter mentality with a passion for finding exceptional people.
