In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our expansion, sourcing and placing highly skilled IT professionals across the UK. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruitment, from building a talent pipeline to closing offers. Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in technical roles.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking) to identify and engage passive candidates in the UK market.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build effective recruitment strategies.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct technical and behavioral interviews, providing feedback to stakeholders.
- Offer Management: Negotiate offers, coordinate background checks, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities in the UK tech sector.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment (IT, Engineering, or Software Development).
- Location: Must be willing to work from our London office (or hybrid model).
- Skills: Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of client and candidate management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is preferred.
- Drive: High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, urgent hiring environment.
