Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and IT Specialists.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and project needs.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from screening to offer negotiation.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track metrics and optimize recruitment processes.
- Build strong relationships with passive candidates and industry networks.
- Conduct technical phone screens and coordinate on-site interviews.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and technical skill sets.
- Proven ability to recruit for hard-to-fill positions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with social media recruiting and ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
