Responsibilities
- Execute the full lifecycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking) to identify passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified technical talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and technical interviews.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Track recruitment metrics and report on pipeline health.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment or Staffing.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in Direct Hire roles.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical roles (Software Engineer, DevOps, Data Analyst).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruiting CRMs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
