Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruiting cycles for technical positions, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates on LinkedIn and niche job boards.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define talent requirements and build compelling job descriptions.
- Conduct professional phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate data and pipeline metrics.
- Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the onboarding process to ensure retention.
- Build and maintain a robust network of potential candidates in the Triangle area.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Proven success in filling high-volume or hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting methodologies and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
