In this pivotal role, you will lead our recruitment initiatives, manage high-volume pipelines, and drive the success of our upcoming hiring events. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, ensuring we attract the best engineers, developers, and product managers in the Triangle area.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Manage and execute onsite and virtual Hiring Events, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
- Represent Apex Talent Solutions at industry networking events and career fairs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Technical Recruitment or Staffing.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume hiring events or recruitment campaigns.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- BS/BA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
