Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Conduct proactive market research and utilize various channels (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, networking) to identify and screen high-quality candidates for technical roles.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Offer Management: Guide candidates through the offer process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Market Analysis: Stay current with industry trends and compensation benchmarks to advise on hiring strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting (Software Engineering, IT, or Data Science preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple pipelines and deadlines effectively.
- Flexibility: Ability to work part-time hours while maintaining a high level of productivity and engagement.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Oakland, CA.
