Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening high-quality candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, etc.).
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of talent through networking and social media.
- Conducting initial phone screens and coordinating technical interviews.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements and success criteria.
- Managing the applicant tracking system (ATS) efficiently.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Expert knowledge of Boolean search techniques and ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field is preferred.
