Responsibilities
- Analyze current production workflows and identify bottlenecks to implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding production, supply chain, and managementâto develop and deploy strategic operational plans.
- Conduct time studies and cost analyses to optimize resource allocation and reduce operational costs.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and engineering drawings.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to leadership on production performance and project status.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Professional certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
